What are the key dates I need to Know?

  • Open for entries: 2 January 2019
  • Deadline for nominations: 1 March 2019
  • Deadline for online polling: 2 April 2019
  • Finalists announced: End of April
  • Awards Ceremony: 6 June 2019

Who can enter?

There are awards for individuals, the Supply Chain, Retail Excellence and for Business Excellence including service providers.  If you are involved in any part of the of the fresh produce industry, be it fruit and veg or cut flowers and plants, you need to enter these prestigious awards and showcase your achievements, brands and company to a captive audience on one glittering night.  Entering is really easy and our guidelines will ensure that you have the best chance of winning.

Who are the Judges?

The FPC Board are also the judges of the FPC Fresh Awards. They are a dedicated team of non-executive directors from across the fresh produce sector providing a comprehensive representation of the membership.  They are elected and co-opted in line with the FPC Articles of Association. The Board operates in an advisory capacity and generously supports the executive team in its aims and achievements.

Do I need to be a member to enter?

Entry is open to all companies in the fresh produce sector whether they are a member of FPC or not.

How much does it cost you to enter?

Entry is free.

Can I enter the same project into more than 1 category?

You can only enter the project into one category. But you can enter as many categories with different entries as you wish.

Can I submit an entry from another Awards?

Entry is strictly via the FPC Fresh Awards website. However, if you have entered your project in another awards this still can be entered here.

If we are not shortlisted will we receive feedback?

The judges do not provide feedback on why entries were not shortlisted.

Are entry forms and the information provided kept confidential?

The entry forms are kept safe by FPC however, please do not provide information that you do not wish to make public.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the FPC Fresh Awards is black tie.

What's included in my table booking?

Your booking of a table of 10 includes:

  • Pre-dinner drinks
  • 3 course meal
  • House wine, beer and soft drinks
  • Coffee and petits fours

How do I book a table?

All table and seat bookings are taken online.

What time do the Awards take place?

6.15pm Pre-dinner drinks reception and entertainment
